Invoices Module

In this screen, you can enter information to invoice your clients. View of invoices screen

Legend:: A Invoice can go to a Horse Owner or a Stable. New clients can be added to the system from this screen.; B Address info for existing clients is automatically loaded.; C Use the system's Invoice number in combination with another number (from a pre-numbered pad, for example), if desired.; D Use the drop-down list to select from a list of this client's horses. New horses can be added to the system from here as well.; E Select from your own list of products and services.; F Increase or decrease your standard price on a case-by-case basis. The standard Unit Price and Adjustment amounts can be excluded from printed invoices.; G Click here to enter or review dated notes on this horse while it's fresh in your mind. Used for your records only, to track ongoing treatment, your recommendations, consultations, etc.

Also includes a very flexible method for calculating sales taxes. Each client can have different sales tax rates (one or more) if necessary. In addition, each sales tax rate can be applied to services, products or both.
