This screen shows the detailed information that goes with each appointment.

Legend:: A Basic info for appointment: what day, what time, and how long.; B Select the location from your list of contacts; phone numbers, address, and directions are then displayed in the gray box.; C Click this button for a quick list of appointments for this contact. List can be filtered by date, and can be printed for client.; D Optionally enter any notes for this appointment.; E Screen displays number of future appointments for this contact, to help you keep your future schedule complete.; F Optionally list each horse to be worked during appointment, and add any notes or reminders for each horse (No limit on number of horses per appointment.); G Valuable information for each horse is retrieved by Forge Ahead and displayed in the gray areas to assist you in planning your work. Includes any notes you previously entered on the horse (if you flagged that note to display in future appointments), the date of last service along with what you billed on the horse, and the scheduling data for the horse.; H Click this button to repeat the displayed appointment in a pattern you specify (every week, every 6 weeks, every 3 days, etc.)

All the information displayed in this form is also included in the Daily Appointments report - a great document to take with you on rounds!
If this contact owes you money, the amount owed is displayed in large type right above the "View All Appts..." button. (In this sample data, no money is owed.)
Appointment can be flagged as tentative if it needs to be confirmed later. Tentative appointments are displayed in double brackets on the Weekly Schedule for easy identification: {{Kent, Clark}}
If you replicate an appointment, you can select whether or not to include the Appointment Note, list of Horses, and Horse Notes in the future appointments.
